Figures without a spreadsheet

In many companies a report starts with an export to Excel and ends with a spreadsheet only its author understands. By the time it is finished, the figures are already out of date.

In Lean, quote, order, purchase, planning and invoice sit in the same file. So you can look at every level: a list, a single file or the whole picture.

Lists you work with

Filter and sortEvery list can be filtered per column, searched quickly and sorted.

Your own viewA filter you use often can be saved as a favourite and opened again with one click.

To ExcelEvery list goes to Excel with one click, for anyone who wants to keep calculating.

TotalsWhere it makes sense, the list shows a totals row at the bottom.

One file at a glance

What do you want to know about one project, one customer or one item?

Dashboard: for a file you see the key data, the linked documents and the history together.

Analysis: key figures and charts for that file: planned versus actual, per month or per year, and price trends.

Project result: for a project you see the budget next to the actual cost, and where the margin differs. More under job costing.

Reports per role

Besides the lists there are reports for specific questions, for example a task overview, capacity per team, commissions, allergens per item, a stock projection or a traceability report.

Which reports you use and who may see them is set per role. So the work planner sees different figures from the managing director, and nobody sees figures not meant for them.

Notifications and tasks

Reports are there to look at. Notifications come to you.

Notifications in the softwareA bell shows what has changed in what you follow. You see what has been read and what still needs handling.

Follow a fileYou choose which files you follow, so you only get notifications about what matters to you.

Summary by e-mailAnyone who is not in the software all day gets the notifications bundled by e-mail.

TasksTasks with an owner, priority and deadline. Everyone sees what falls under their responsibility.

Documents from the file

Quotes, order confirmations and other documents are created as PDF from the file, in your company's layout. You preview the document before sending it.
